Additional special rules apply to the distribution of joint property. Each of the spouses should reimburse expenses and expenses made from joint property to their personal property, with the exception of expenses and expenses necessary for profitable property. He may demand reimbursement of expenses and expenses which he has made from his personal property to joint property. You may not request reimbursement of expenses and expenses spent to meet the needs of the family, unless they increased the value of the property at the time of cessation of jointness. The return is made when the joint property is distributed, however, the court may order an earlier return if it is required by the good of the family. The above principles shall apply accordingly in the event that the debt of one of the spouses has been satisfied from joint property.
